Terms of Service
Effective from: September 24, 2026
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Provider and Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders for Likefy services where Mediabay GmbH, Kurstraße 24, 61231 Bad Nauheim, Germany, is specified as the seller in the checkout. The ordering process can take place at mylikefy.com/checkout/. The seller displayed before completing the respective order is decisive.
If Digistore24 or Paddle is named as the seller in the checkout, you are purchasing from the company specified there. For this purchase, their terms and conditions and right of withdrawal information included in the ordering process apply. You should address withdrawals and refund requests to this seller. Likefy continues to perform the offered service and supports you with delivery questions at support@likefy.com. These GTC do not apply to such a purchase solely because Likefy performs the service.
Individual agreements and the product description displayed at the time of order take precedence over these GTC. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. A consumer is a natural person who places an order predominantly for private purposes. An entrepreneur is someone who acts in the exercise of a commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a contract.
2. Services and Product Description
Likefy provides the services described in the respective offer for social media profiles and content, such as followers, likes, views, or other interactions. The platform, target address, quantity, type of interactions, delivery time, and any redelivery are based on the respective product description and the order overview.
If a product is described as having “real profiles,” this refers to profiles created and operated by real people. The interactions originate from exchange networks. A personal or organic interest of these people in your profile or content is not guaranteed.
We are only obligated to provide a specific business success, additional organic reach, or permanent visibility if this is explicitly guaranteed in the respective offer. Explicitly guaranteed features and redelivery periods remain part of the agreed service.
3. Order and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. Before placing the order, you can review and correct the selected service, the target address, the total price, and your details in the checkout. By clicking the button to place a paid order, you submit a binding offer. We accept this offer by a corresponding confirmation via email or by commencing performance. A message merely designated as an acknowledgment of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance.
After completing the order, a thank you page will appear. You will receive an order confirmation and an invoice via email. The contract language for these GTC is German.
4. Target Address and Cooperation
You must provide an accurate target address and be authorized to place the order for the relevant profile or content. As far as necessary for performance, the target must remain publicly accessible during delivery. We do not require access data for your social media account for the services described here; please do not send us any passwords.
Please inform us as early as possible of any changes to the target address, username, or visibility. A mere renaming does not terminate the order if the target can still be clearly identified.
Please do not order similar services from other providers for the same target during our delivery. If you nevertheless place parallel orders or run your own campaigns, please inform us of the time and scope when making a complaint, to the extent that this information is known to you. Parallel services and organic growth can complicate the allocation of counter readings. We will review the complaint based on the available information; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If the target is not accessible, the required authorization is missing, or the performance would require unlawful content or actions, we may suspend or refuse the service. We will inform you of the reason, if possible, and examine a reasonable correction. For services not rendered, the contractual and statutory claims apply.
5. Delivery and Service Documentation
The start and duration of delivery depend on the specific offer. For each order, we automatically record the counter reading of the ordered profile or content at the beginning and end of the delivery and assign both values to the order and the target address. The difference in counter readings serves as the basis for verifying the delivered quantity. In the event of a complaint, we also consider the specific product promise, the delivery history, and plausible objections to the measurement.
If a service is not provided, is incomplete, or deviates from an explicit product promise, please contact us at support@likefy.com with your order number and target address. We will review the process and fulfill the service, as far as possible and owed. Further statutory claims remain unaffected.
6. Redelivery and Auto-Services
We only offer redelivery if it is explicitly guaranteed for the booked product. Depending on the product, the guaranteed period is 30, 90, or 180 days. The period begins at the end of the first delivery, which we document through the final measurement for this order. Whether and for how long a redelivery applies to your order is stated in the product description at the time of contract conclusion.
Redelivery occurs upon request, not automatically. If you notice a decrease during the guaranteed period, please contact us with your order number and target address. Based on the available delivery data, we will check whether and to what extent the services we provided for this order are affected. If such a decrease falls under the redelivery guarantee, we will redeliver the affected quantity. The public total counter alone does not always show the cause of a decrease: for example, if it falls below the level recorded at the start of our delivery, previously existing interactions may also have been lost. Therefore, we evaluate the available information on a case-by-case basis. Statutory claims due to a service not rendered or not rendered in accordance with the contract remain unaffected.
For auto-services, a contingent described in the offer is provided for new content. The price is paid once in advance; no subscription is created, and no recurring payments are made. The service is activated immediately after purchase. The booked package and any unused contingent are available for twelve months from the date of purchase. After these twelve months, the right to use the unused contingent expires; further voluntary provision is possible but not guaranteed. Statutory rights in the event of non-contractual availability during the twelve months remain unaffected.
7. External Platforms
Likefy is independent of the operators of social networks and is not officially supported by them. Platforms may change their rules, counting methods, visibility, or technical interfaces, and may review profiles and content. We cannot guarantee freedom from platform measures.
In the event of a disruption, decrease, or account measure, we will examine on a case-by-case basis whether and to what extent our agreed service is affected. Statutory claims and our liability under Section 10 remain unaffected.
8. Prices and Payment
The total price displayed in the checkout before completion includes applicable taxes and any additional costs. No shipping costs apply for the described online services. The available payment methods and their conditions are displayed in the respective checkout. For a direct purchase, the price is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless a different time is specified in the checkout.
If Digistore24 or Paddle is displayed as the seller for a PayPal payment, their pricing, payment, invoicing, and return policies apply to the purchase. In this case, Likefy does not issue the seller’s invoice and does not process the refund to you itself. For questions regarding the performance of the service, you can still reach our support.
9. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund
For a direct purchase, consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent it exists in the individual case. Details and the sample form can be found in our separate withdrawal policy. For a paid service, the mere commencement of performance does not extinguish the right of withdrawal. It may expire under statutory conditions upon complete performance of the contract if you have expressly agreed to the commencement before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirmed your knowledge of this consequence. In the event of an effective withdrawal after an expressly requested early commencement, statutory compensation for value may be incurred for services already rendered.
As long as the service has not yet begun, you can cancel a direct purchase free of charge according to our voluntary cancellation policy. After the service has begun, we will review withdrawals, services not rendered or rendered defectively, and guaranteed redeliveries according to the contract and statutory rules. A refund is not excluded solely due to the commencement of performance. Entrepreneurs do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal; the voluntary cancellation policy and statutory claims remain separate from this.
For a purchase from Digistore24 or Paddle, address any withdrawal and refund requests to the seller named in the checkout and on the invoice. Their withdrawal policy and return rules are decisive for this purchase. We will continue to process questions regarding the actual performance of the Likefy service.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, for intent and gross negligence, and in cases of mandatory statutory liability. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, we are liable for the damage typically foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion. A material obligation is one whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is excluded in accordance with the law. Explicitly assumed guarantees and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. This regulation also applies to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.
11. Data Protection, Law, and Dispute Resolution
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy. Taking note of this information does not constitute consent to advertising or unnecessary cookies.
German law applies to direct purchases. For consumers, mandatory protective regulations of the state of their habitual residence remain unaffected. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the registered office of Mediabay GmbH is the place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from a direct purchase, to the extent legally permissible.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
