It is best to try again. This error often disappears on the second attempt.

If the error persists after several attempts, it could be that your profile can’t be accessed, for example due to an age restriction. In this case, such restrictions must be deactivated for the duration of the delivery.

If there is no profile restriction, you have the option of completing the order without our verification.

Simply click on “Continue here without verification” (for Instagram/TikTok likes or views “enter your post URLs manually.”), you will find this option in the error message.

You can easily find your Instagram username in both the mobile app and desktop browser:

Mobile:

Open the Instagram app on your smartphone or tablet.
Tap on the profile icon at the bottom right, which looks like a small user.
You will see your username at the top of your profile.

Desktop:

Go to the website www.instagram.com.
Log in if you have not already done so.
Click on the profile icon at the top right.
You will be redirected to your profile page. Here, you will see your username next to your profile picture.

Note: Your username has no spaces and only the following special characters: dot (.), underscore (_) and numbers.

You can easily find your TikTok username in both the mobile app and desktop browser:

Mobile:

Open the TikTok app on your smartphone or tablet.
Tap on the “Me” symbol at the bottom right to go to your profile.
At the top of your profile, you will see your username starting with an “@” (e.g. @username). You can simply copy the name by clicking on it.

Desktop:

Go to the website www.tiktok.com.
Log in if you have not already done so.
Click on the profile icon or your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
A drop-down menu will appear. Select “Show profile” here.
Your profile is now displayed. Next to your profile picture, you will find your username. On the desktop, this name is displayed without the “@”. It is the name that appears above the bottom, often spelled out name or other text.

Mobile:

Open the Instagram app and navigate to the post whose link you want to copy.
Tap on the three vertical dots at the top right of the post.
Select the “Copy link” option in the menu that appears.

Desktop:

Open Instagram in your web browser and log in.
Navigate to the desired post.
As soon as you click on the post, the web address in your browser’s address bar updates. This is the URL to your post.
Copy this URL from the address bar.

Mobile:

Open the TikTok app and navigate to the post whose link you want to copy.
Tap on the three vertical dots on the right below the post.
Select the “Copy link” option in the menu that appears.

Desktop:

Open TikTok in your web browser and log in.
Navigate to the desired post.
As soon as you click on the post, the web address in your browser’s address bar updates. This is the URL to your post.
Copy this URL from the address bar.

Currently, it is only possible to add Instagram Reel and Instagram TV posts manually. Simply copy the link of the TV or Reel post and then click on “Enter links manually here” in the order form. There, you can paste the link.

We offer payment by credit or debit card and via PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to our payment service provider Digistore24. There, simply click on the “Buy now” button to be redirected to the PayPal page.

Currently, payment by direct debit is only possible via a PayPal account. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to our payment service provider Digistore24. There, you also have the option of selecting “Sofortüberweisung” as your payment method.

Unfortunately, only Germany, Austria and Switzerland are currently available for selection at the checkout.

For other countries, please consider using the PayPal payment method.

This is how you proceed:

Select “PayPal” at the checkout.
Click on “Buy now”.
You will be redirected to our payment provider Digistore24. Here you can select additional countries.
Complete the payment with either PayPal or credit card.

Yes, the value added tax (VAT) will be shown separately on your invoice.

Yes, after completing the payment you will receive an invoice by e-mail.

Please make sure that all of the following points apply:

Your account is public.
The username you entered is correct.
The username was not changed after the order was placed.
Your account or the corresponding post still exists and has not been removed.
Your account or contribution is not affected by restrictions, such as an age limit.
The “like” count on your Instagram post is visible.

If one of the above points is not fulfilled, please contact our support. The order may need to be checked and processed manually. If all criteria are met, but the order has not yet been received, please wait at least 12 hours. In some cases, it may take some time for the services to start.

If you notice a decrease, please contact our support. For international services, we compensate losses up to 30 days after purchase. For German services even up to 180 days after purchase.

As soon as your order has been successfully recorded in our system and prepared for delivery, it will be marked as “completed”. However, it may still take some time before delivery actually starts. For detailed delivery times, please check the FAQ on the respective product page.

The spam filter feature on Instagram was recently introduced and is not yet available on all accounts. If this feature has been activated for you, it’s possible that your purchased international followers could be marked as potential spam.

At the same time, this filter marks all subscribers who could potentially be spam because they, for example, interact little with your content or have no close connection to your account.

If your purchased subscribers are marked, you should not remove them. This feature is simply an option offered by Instagram to remove unwanted followers all at once. Without such a feature, it would be very time-consuming to remove subscribers in larger numbers due to hourly limits. Keeping these subscribers has no disadvantage for your account, neither for the algorithm nor for security.
